To me true success encompasses health, happiness and wealth. Some coaches will focus on one area or any number of them, but the coaching I have received was specific to wealth. what I have learned after 10 years of studying the most successful people on earth is that, anyone can achieve anything with the right tools and Self growth personal coaching.
The right tools would consist of the right Personal Growth Coach and the ability to put into action the teachings effectively step by step. I think that the main issue I have had with some self growth personal coaching is that it can make a small difference with immediate temporary changes, but often significant changes don't always pay for themselves.

Over the last decade I have studied many experts in many areas and it took my learning and development to consider developing my own personal coaching business around the principles most had an impact on my life.
My advice would be to study the area that you most are passionate about. For example, if you want to have more confidence in yourself and your abilities then look for a person who understands how to bring out the very best in you and your assets. Someone who can nurture your passions and personally help you to set goals and a build a framework which can help you to be your true self, or your authentic you.
I have personally gone through many things to learn from and had to overcome my personal things and I had to master ways for dealing with change and becoming successful in life. So, my development has been self managing and it has enabled me to create many successful online businesses, 6 books and a successful self growth personal coaching business.
All I can say is that, if you want an unlimited successful life mentally and emotionally doing what you love, you have to trust yourself and get as much help as you need so that you can become your best. For some this is about studying many different types of learning but for me it was and still is about understanding very basic success principles and then living them or becoming them.
