
Effect test of slip lock quick connector misting nozzle
Slip lock quick connector (SLQC) misting nozzles are widely used in agricultural spraying operations. The SLQC is a quick connect slip coupling that uses a tight fit to seal the slip joint between the sprayer nozzle and the gun. This type of nozzle must be able to resist high temperatures and corrosive chemicals while still providing good precision and accuracy.
In this study, the effect of various factors on the precision of SLQC misting was investigated. The factors investigated were nozzle size, air flow, slip joint condition, operating pressure, and humidity. Results showed that all factors have an impact on the precision of SLQC misting.
Methodology

Discussion and Conclusion
A slip lock quick connector (SLQC) is a new type of fastening system that can be used in place of traditional hand and mechanical fasteners. SLQCs are designed to be assembled quickly and easily using a misting nozzle. In this study, the effect of an SLQC on the fastening properties of two different adhesives was investigated. Results showed that the SLQC had a positive effect on the fastening properties of the adhesive, resulting in higher strength and longer-lasting joints.
