YOGA IN BALI
Ubud and its surroundings are home to the vast majority of yoga studios. Several yoga studios offer daily yoga lessons at a reasonable fee (130,000 IDR, or 8 euros), and other facilities and hotels that provide training, yoga retreats, meditation, and workshops of all kinds. You can also choose various yoga styles that will make your trip through Bali memorable.
THE FIRSTCENTER OF YOGA IN CANGGU.
1.Desa Seni center of yoga in Canggu
The Canggu region is one of the most well-known and well-liked centers. Desa Seni is a yoga retreat with a boho-chic aesthetic throughout its spaces. Along with yoga lessons, they also provide wellness services. We won't play tricks on you; staying here or attending a retreat will be inexpensive. However, I took private yoga lessons and very much enjoyed the instructors and setting.
- They engage in either group or solitary yoga sessions using various methods.
- The yoga retreats are tailored to you; they change to meet your demands and needs.
- Each session of yoga costs 140,000 IDR (approximately $9).
- I suggest this Yoga facility if you wish to practice this discipline in a calmer and more laid-back setting in the middle of busy Canggu.
2. Samadi yoga center of yoga in Canggu
The well-known Samadi yoga center in Canggu is another studio I visited for private yoga lessons. It is a much more contemporary facility that not only focuses on yoga sessions but also allows its patrons to supplement their yoga practice with tools for personal development like coaching.

- You can still go if you've never taken yoga lessons or are in the middle of a retreat or training. Highly suggested.
3. Yoga 108 - yoga in Canggu
The Seminyak area offers yoga classes, retreats, and meditation in Bali. A reasonably unassuming place in the heart of Seminyak that offers yoga courses of the highest caliber.

- Short yoga retreats are available.
- They provide meditation classes.
- A yoga session costs 120,000 IDR (approximately 7 euros).

The Olop Yoga Studio is one of the least expensive yoga studios I've visited in Bali and another in Seminyak. The courses are held in a Balinese-style home's outside area with a garden view. Their yoga courses last two hours, and the ambiance is cozy and comfortable. A great choice if you wish to take single lessons in Seminyak's center for 120,000 IDR (about $7).
Yoga Barn, No. 1
Without question, the most well-known yoga center in Ubud and throughout all of Bali is The Yoga Barn. It is an enormous center with excellent amenities and a lush environment.
- All types of yoga can be practiced there, including Hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, pranayama, yin, restorative, etc.
