Background 

Born and raised in Memphis, Cameron Jehl, while attending the University of Westminster in London for part of his undergraduate studies, got his first taste of the legal profession. However, the difficulties his father encountered as a small business owner in Memphis significantly impacted his choice to pursue a career in law. 

Educational Path 

After his return from London, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in advertising in 1993 from the University of Mississippi. He then started taking formal legal courses and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, in 1997. He worked tirelessly while in law school, clerking at the law firm of Rossie, Luckett, Parker and Ridder and participating as one of the founders of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. 

Professional Beginnings 

Heavyweight Fortune 500 companies like Wal-Mart, Circle K, and John Deere, to name a few, were some of the clients Cameron initially represented in his legal career. After his first few years of practice, and a multitude of trials, Mr. Jehl was hired by a national Tampa-based law firm that focused on elder abuse. Throughout his 13-year tenure, he transformed the Tennessee office from a solo practice to a flourishing multi-attorney establishment. 

Jehl Law Group, PLLC 

Cameron leaped into entrepreneurship in 2013 by starting the Jehl Law Group, PLLC. His own law firm which is devoted to defending the rights of the elderly. Mr. Jehl has helped resolve cases and obtained judgments totaling more than $500 million throughout his career. One notable victory is a $30 million verdict against a well-known out-of-state nursing home conglomerate.

Cameron Jehl is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. He belongs to multiple bar associations, and since 2008, he has played a significant role on the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association as both a Board Member and past President. His experience is well known, and he has received accolades as a top healthcare attorneys.
