Gas Chromatograph 65-GC101

Labexpo Gas Chromatograph is a sophisticated analytical tool designed for high precision and versatility in gas chromatography. It stands out with its 8 orders of temperature programming, enabling precise control across multiple temperature zones, including column boxes, TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector), FID (Flame Ionization Detector), and conversion furnaces. The system operates within a wide temperature range of 5°C to 420°C (with a protection temperature set at 200°C), making it suitable for various analytical tasks. Its temperature control is highly accurate, boasting a precision of better than ±0.1°C at 200°C, with 6 dedicated temperature control areas. This gas chromatograph also features an advanced gas control system that supports optional pressure and flow control modes, either through mechanical valve control or electronic methods. The device ensures precise pressure and flow measurements, achieved through pointer-type pressure meters or electronic pressure sensors. These measurements cover a broad range, with pressure readings from 0 to 0.3MPa and flow measurements from 0 to 500sccm, while providing an exceptional resolution of 0.01kPa and 0.01sccm. The temperature increment can be adjusted from 1°C, and its programming rate ranges from 0.1 to 39°C/min for the common type, extending to 80°C/min for high-speed applications. The gas chromatograph is compatible with a variety of gases, including nitrogen, air, hydrogen, helium, and argon, ensuring versatility in its usage. For detection, the Labexpo Gas Chromatograph includes both TCD and FID. The TCD offers a high sensitivity of S ≥ 2500mV•ml/mg and maintains stable baseline performance with noise levels below 20μV and baseline drift under 30 μV over 30 minutes. Its linear range is impressive, exceeding 10⁴. The FID is equally precise, with a detection limit of ≤1×10⁻¹¹g/s, a baseline noise level below 5×10⁻¹⁴A, and minimal baseline drift, less than 1×10⁻¹³A over 30 minutes. Its linear range is also extensive, surpassing 10⁶. The user interface includes a 192 × 64 periodic lattice liquid crystal display, providing clear and intuitive control. Despite its advanced capabilities, the system remains compact, with dimensions of 52 × 48 × 55 cm, and a manageable net weight of 53 kg. Designed for both flexibility and precision, the Labexpo Gas Chromatograph delivers stable performance and offers reliable, high-resolution pressure and flow measurement, making it an essential tool for laboratories seeking accurate and efficient gas analysis.
