Most of us want to know about how to lose fat without gym. If you're like me, you must have tried various methods, from only eating one type of food to not eating any food at all. But Instead of getting slim, you only get frustrated and hungry before falling back into your old eating habits. I haven't found a magical diet that instantly makes cellulite disappear, but it is important to do exercise daily with a good diet.
