Here's what to expect during the construction process' major stages.

1. Prepare Construction Site and Pour Foundation

6. Finish Interior Trim, Install Exterior Walkways and Driveway

• Cabinets, Vanities, Fireplace Mantles Installed
• Final Coat of Emulsion Paint on False Ceiling

7. Install Hard Surface Flooring, Countertops; Complete Exterior Grading

Countertops, ceramic tile, vinyl, and wood flooring are all installed. Finish grading is completed on the exterior of the house to ensure proper drainage away from the house and to prepare the yard for landscaping.

8. Finish Mechanical Trims; Install Bathroom Fixtures

The electrical panel is finished, with light fixtures, outlets, and switches installed. The HVAC equipment has been installed, and the registers have been finished. Sinks, toilets, and faucets have all been installed.

9. Install Mirrors, Shower Doors; Finish Flooring, Exterior Landscaping
