Petroma est une société de recherche de pétrole et de gaz, qui a signé des conventions avec le gouvernement du Mali, assortis d’un décret et d’un arrêté ministériel.
C’est suite à l’obtention de ce décret et de cet arrêté ministériel que la société a commencé à investir dans la recherche dans cette région.
